Welcome to the CrewCoordination community. We're excited to have you on board. Below are our **core rules** and **guidelines** to ensure that everyone benefits from a **high-quality** and **respectful** environment.


  1. Balanced Moderation

    We believe in **light-touch moderation** but will take swift action if any content or behavior undermines community quality. You're free to express your opinions and experiences as long as they remain **respectful** and **constructive**.

  2. Quality Content & Basic Grammar

    Please keep your posts well-thought-out. While we don't expect perfect grammar, kindly strive for clarity and readability. This makes the discussion more **accessible** and **useful** for everyone.

  3. Respect & Decency

    Personal attacks, hateful or harassing behavior, or content that promotes illegal activities will not be tolerated. We **do not** allow hate speech, targeted slurs, or threats. Civil disagreements are welcome—**toxic** or **abusive** interactions are not.

  4. Promotions & Fees

    We **do not** allow free promotion of products, services, or job listings—this community is **not** a free advertising board. If you wish to advertise or profit from the platform (e.g., selling products, posting job ads as an employer), you must first contact a moderator to discuss **appropriate fees** or sponsored-post arrangements. Posts that circumvent these rules will be removed, and repeat offenders risk account termination.

  5. Zero Tolerance for Spam or Self-Promotion

    Flooding threads, link-drops without context, or repetitive self-promotion is prohibited. We will remove spam content promptly to maintain a **high signal-to-noise** ratio.

  6. Freedom of Speech, Within Reason

    We encourage open and honest discussions. That said, “freedom of speech” does not equate to freedom from community standards. Our moderation team reserves the right to intervene if content is **toxic**, **derogatory**, or **damaging** to the community.

  7. Enforcement & Appeals

    If you violate these guidelines, moderators may remove content or restrict access at their discretion. Egregious or repeated violations can result in permanent bans. If you believe an action was taken unfairly, you may appeal by contacting our support team for a **case-by-case** review.
